Questions
Any fun ward activities?
Nothing with the ward but on Saturday we went a played soccer with Espen and Ida's boys and that was really fun! They have a 12 year old, a 9 year old, and a 6 year old. Lots of fun with them!

What is the most humbling thing that happend to you this week?
Being able to attend the funeral for a member's little baby who passed away. She was only about one year old. It was a moment of sadness, but of peace and joy because of the gospel. We helped at the funeral quite a bit. We set up and took down almost everything. It was nice to be able to help in such a simple way.

Our Friends
1. Arinze
He is doing really well. This we went to a member dinner and Arinze came! It was really awesome to see him connect with the members. We had the father of the family share his conversion story, and the spirit was very strong. Arinze loves the church, and told us that it is the only church he has seen that follows the Saviors mandate to love everyone! He has been reading, and really wants an answer so hopefully he will get one this week!
2. THe rest of the gang
Sadly everyone else was really busy this week... We have appointments this week with them, so hopefully we will see some progression. The plan is to teach our JW Friends the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and focus on the simple truths there by using Bible and Book of Mormon verses.
With Sarder we are going to check up on his reading! He also asked us to help him with an english assignment. Hope i can remember my english grammar rules...

The Lion is Coming
Well last week we went to Drammen and had an awesome zone conference! Elder barnes and I gave a presentation about engaging members in missionary work. Everyone said they liked it. It was a fun and inspiring conference. It was great to see so many of my friends again, and get to talk with them. Although that conference was fun, this upcoming conference is gonna be exciting. We are having someone from Salt Lake City who is part of the Missionary efficiency team come and teach us a few things this friday! There will be many exciting things to learn and I am pumped to apply them these next weeks and see how we can do missionary work better!

This week as I have studied I came across the scriptures where Christ tells Peter to feed his sheep. Peter loved the Savior, and that was apparent with each of his three answers he gave to Christ's inquiry of "Lovest thou me?" I am sure the Savior knew that Peter loved Him, but with the commandment to feed His sheep the Savior was asking Peter to prove that love, and Peter did. Ultimately offering his life for his faith. It is easy to say we love the Savior when we are in his presence. When He is sitting with us at a campfire and enjoying a meal with us, the words "Yea Lord thou knowest I love thee" seem to roll off the tongue. However are we as Peter and John who after being whipped for preaching of Christ, would we go depart from the experience "rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name?" I love the opportunity to be on a mission. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to show the Savior my love for him, whether it is the best of days or the worst of days! No matter what happens I will stand as a witness of Him! He lives, and He loves us!

Give 'em Heaven!
