We Thank Thee O God For A Prophet-Drammen Week Sixty Seven

This week was quite incredible! Mostly because of General Conference, but it was just a great week overall!

1. The R-Man! Ran his first XC and his team got first!

2. Katelyn is headed to the MTC! What a party!! Gonna show Idaho what it means to be a missionary!

3. Joe Brown! My Boy! Last week until he heads in!

Splits in Porsgrunn

I went on splits to Porsgrunn this week and that was a party! We were able to do some service for a family before dinner, we just pruned their trees back. Then we helped a man named Nana, from Ghana. He goes to abandoned schools, and takes the desks, chairs, computers, etc. and sends them to africa so children there have desks, chairs, etc. It was really fun to help him and do some meaningful service. Also got a nice pair of speakers from the school, because they have this big room of things they are just going to throw away, so we snatched some stuff! It was really fun!

General Conference

I do not know where to begin,but I will just say that it was incredible!! If you have ever wanted to here the voice of the Lord in our day take some time out of your day to listen to General conference! The messages in conference were amazing! I loved the focus on keeping the covenants we have made and the divine protection that comes from doing that! Also the ability to trust in God and His plan. I thought how blessed we are in The Church of Jesus Christ to have the full plan of salvation, and to understand our divine potential!
