This Week Was TEW Much Fun-Drammen Week Fifty Five

I know I am hilarious, and yes I will be back next week with more! ;)

Well this week was incredible! Had a lot a fun meeting President and Sister Tew as well as getting to see all my missionary friends as well!

1. LUCI GOT HER MISSION CALL!!! Las Vegas Nevada West mission!!! Gonna kill it!!

2. Ben Grandon, the homeboy, is going to the MTC soon!!

3. Elder Garlick has taught me to knit better, be prepared to be amazed!!

Q and A

Q:What was the worst thing you had to do this week?

A:Walking up member hill... Like I said all the members love to live on hills! We get lots of exercise now a days because the car is running out of Kilometers very quickly...

Q:What is one new thing I learned about my companion this week?

A: Elder Garlick had a youtube channel where he reviewed styluses and pens, but sadly it is taken off of youtube, sorry folkens

Q:What is one cool thing about the city of Drammen?

A: Well their is a river that splits the entire city in half and the members make fun of people that live on the opposite side. No real reason to, but it is hilarious!

Q:Have the Tews changed anything?

A: Not yet!

They are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had interviews this week with them and I was blown away! Just incredible and so much fun! It is going to be awesome to work with them! Big things are going to happen so be ready!

Zone Conference

We had zone conference this week on thursday so we had a great time! Our district did a musical number, and by that I mean that Elder Garlick did a musical number and everyone else just support him! Hahaha, just kidding, partially. Since we have an electric piano Elder Garlick just recorded him playing an arrangement of "I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go" and was also able sing with us. People liked it. Tears were shed. Live where changed. After that we had a question and answer session with the Tews where we each got to ask one session of our choice!

Teaching People!!!

Sadly we had three or four appointments fall through this week, but we do have a ton scheduled for this week! We were able to teach our boy Gman. He is interested in why Jesus Christ is so important. Well do we have the book to explain that! As we taught him he seemed to be getting a little bit more interested, so hopefully as he reads in the Book of Mormon he will get that answer!

I have thought a lot about the atonement of Jesus Christ and this week have begun going through the topical guide and reading ever scripture listed under Jesus Christ, Atonement through. As I have read I have learned a lot more about his atonement. I guess the scriptures I would like to share is in 1 Nephi 21: 16

16 Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; 

I love this verse. What power it contains. The Son of God wrote your name upon his palms with roman nails. He loves you more than you can ever know. This love is what drives me to do what I do. I realize at this point even though I am giving my all, it is only a small repayment for His all.
