Eldste Shanklin and Henrick
We had the Grensfest or Branch Party tonight and I it was way fun! We had a food eating really game where once you finished what was in your cup the next person on your team at the next object and the first team finished won! I got a cucumber... I ate it in two bites and I have had better... I sat with an investigator named Henrik and he is awesome! He is 18 and loves the Gospel! He helps me a lot with my norwegian and it is so much fun talking to him! We also talked with Tiril, she is 17 and her and Henrik are friends, and it was really fun to get to know more about them! We also played a little ping pong and I will have you know I kept the competitiveness level down, I had to really focus on that... hahaha!

Friday
I am now legal in Norway! I had a meeting with the Police here and now am legal! WOOHOO! We did some banking tonight and had a great time! We talked with a man who went from yelling at us that we should not believe in God to sitting in his house and him playing the guitar for us! He was not interested to much in religion but he respected us and it was awesome! Also we have some legit shirts from Momma Shank!!!

Saturday
We taught a new investigator named Feras. He is from Syria and does not speak much Norwegian or English. Luckily we have an awesome member who lives in Svalbard who can speak Arabic so he translated for us, his name is Brother Qureshi! He is amazing and is such a stud at teaching the Gospel!! Feras said he would listen to what we asked him to read and if he liked it he would continue meeting with us! He really wants to change his life for the better and I hope that he realizes through this gospel he can!

Sunday
Fast and Testimony meeting is always my favorite! The members here have such strong and wonderful testimonies! As they each bore there testimony I could tell that they knew that the Book of Mormon was the word of God and that this is Jesus Christ's church once again upon the earth. Tiril bore her testimony and it was so powerful as she spoke about how she the Book of Mormon is true and how we have a living prophet today. It strengthened my testimony and I can say for a surety that this is the Book of Mormon is the Word of God!

I have two things on my mind that I need to share

First! Those of you who are members of the LDS church, please go and work with the missionaries. Talk to friends, neighbors, families! Joseph Smith told us "After all that has been said the most important duty is to preach the Gospel." Open your mouth speak and be not afraid God and Jesus Christ are waiting for you to help bring souls  back unto him!

Second! The Book of Mormon. I have no doubt that the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith translated it. Those of you who doubt or deny this book, I ask the question "Have you read it?". Have you read it with the intent of disproving? I earnestly ask everyone to read this book and with faith in Jesus Christ, our savior, ask our loving Heavenly Father if it is true. I promise that if you do this with an earnest desire and a sincere heart that you can know, just as I have come to know, that this book is the Word of God.

I love you all and wish everyone the best! Continue to do good and to glorify God!
